Here’s a bunch of main dish recipes that can be made in your instant pot. Most of these recipes will fit nicely in a 6 quart Instant PotOver 90 Trim & Healthy Instant Pot Recipes (12) but some may need to be made in an 8 quart Instant PotOver 90 Trim & Healthy Instant Pot Recipes (13) due to volume.

For safety reasons you do not want to fill you electric pressure cooker more than 2/3rds full so that the pot will come to pressure.

Special Note — When preparing foods that expand or foam such as Brown Rice and Beans NEVER fill your pot more than 1/2 full. This allows the food to expand without fear of a cooking failure.
